Vibro-meter VM600 MPC4 is the core machinery protection front card for the Meggitt VM600 vibration monitoring and protection system. This 6U front module works paired with rear IOC4T or IOC16T I/O interface cards and installs inside the ABE040 / ABE042 rack chassis. The MPC4 acquires raw sensor signals transferred from rear I/O cards, computes vibration, shaft displacement, rotational speed and temperature parameters, and executes alarm and trip logic based on user-defined protection thresholds. It delivers independent hardware-based protection; when hazardous operating conditions are detected, it triggers relay trip outputs to shut down rotating equipment. We supply fully tested pre-owned VM600 MPC4 spare cards for power plants, oil & gas, petrochemical and offshore rotating machinery maintenance, rack rebuild and spare inventory backup.
