1、 Core positioning
Collecting front-end sensor signals, onboard signal conditioning, EMI surge protection, 48 pin screw terminal block; Send vibration, key phase, and process analog signals to the backplane bus and hand them over to CMC16 for processing. No independent computing capability, pure signal interface board.

Total channel: 16 differential input channels, hardware dialing defines channel function
Ch1~Ch4: Can be configured as a key phase/speed Tacho pulse channel or dynamic vibration channel
Ch5~Ch16: Can be configured as dynamic vibration channel or DC process analog/thermocouple signal
Compatible sensors: eddy current displacement probe, velocity sensor, acceleration sensor, thermocouple, DC 4-20mA (external sampling resistor), DC voltage signal
