Configuration method: MPSx software binds alarm sources (Alert/Danger/probe failure/module failure, etc.); RLC16 onboard jumper, distributes 16 relays to 6 OC buses (A~F) in the rack
Hot swappable: Supports rack with hot swappable, disassembling RLC16 will not affect the operation of MPC4 and AMC8 protection cards inside the rack
Important: All protection logic is completed by MPC4/AMC8, RLC16 only performs contact output and does not perform any protection operations
