Vibro-meter IOC4T 200-560-000-019 I/O Interface Card

The I/O terminal board installed at the rear of the rack must be paired one-to-one with MPC4 (275-304-110-012), which is an interface board for sensor input, 4-20mA analog output, and protection trip relay dry contact output. MPC4 is located in the front (VME slot), and IOC4T is fixed directly behind MPC4 on the rack backplane. The two are used in pairs and cannot be operated separately, meeting API670 and SIL2 certification for unit protection.

Core Function Description
On site sensor signals are summarized and sent to MPC4 for vibration/displacement/speed acquisition and calculation
The vibration, displacement, and clearance values calculated by MPC4 are outputted as 4-20mA to DCS through IOC4T
MPC4 local judgment warning/danger tripping, driving IOC4T relay dry contact, directly sending to external tripping circuit
Receive external dry contact instructions: alarm reset, trip bypass, threshold multiplier switching
Signal isolation, surge protection, isolation of strong electrical interference on site, protection of MPC4 precision measurement circuit
