PR6424/006-030+CON021 EPRO Eddy Current Sensor Kit | 16mm Probe & Conditioner

PR6424/006-030 paired with CON021 is a factory pre-calibrated complete eddy current sensor assembly from EPRO (Emerson) for non-contact measurement of shaft radial vibration, relative displacement and axial thrust position. This full kit includes PR6424/006-030 eddy current proximity probe and CON021 signal conditioner, widely integrated into MMS3000 and MMS6000 machinery monitoring racks for power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical and heavy process industries.

The PR6424/006-030 is a 16mm eddy current probe with M18×1.5 threaded mounting and 0.30m integrated cable. Working together with CON021 signal conditioner, it captures tiny metal shaft movements and converts raw eddy current signals into stable standardized analog outputs for monitoring systems. This matched set maintains excellent linearity and micron-level measurement precision. The probe assembly uses rugged metal construction, capable of enduring high temperature, oil mist and electromagnetic interference, supporting continuous long-term operation on steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators and centrifugal pumps under harsh field operating conditions.
