PR6423/003-030 is an 8mm EPRO eddy current proximity probe belonging to the PR6423 series, fitted with a 3-meter integrated PTFE high-temperature coaxial cable with bare stripped wire ends. Designed for Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation (TSI), this non-contact probe measures radial shaft vibration, axial thrust displacement, shaft eccentricity and dynamic rotor position for critical rotating machinery.
Manufactured under EPRO (Emerson) quality standards and compliant with API 670 turbomachinery protection requirements, PR6423/003-030 provides high linearity and stable analog gap signals. The eddy current measuring principle eliminates physical contact between the PEEK probe tip and metal rotor surface, removing mechanical wear and supporting continuous 24/7 operation in power, oil & gas and petrochemical harsh industrial environments. This probe must pair with CON021 or CON031 signal converter (proximitor) to form a complete measurement system.
