PR6423/000-000 is the 8mm eddy current displacement probe manufactured by EPRO (Emerson), designed for non-contact shaft vibration, shaft displacement and position measurement within MMS6000 TSI turbine supervisory protection system. It is factory calibrated to pair with CON series preamplifiers (CON011, CON021, CON031), widely used on steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, large pumps and fans in power, petrochemical and metallurgy industries.
This probe adopts eddy-current principle, no physical contact with rotating shaft surface. It can continuously monitor dynamic vibration, static shaft position, rotor axial thrust and differential expansion, complying with API670 machinery protection standards. PR6423/000-000 has M10×1 mounting thread, 25mm sleeve length, non-armored cable, LEMO connector, the classic standard variant of PR6423 probe family.
