Ch1~Ch4: Tacho key phase/speed channel or dynamic vibration channel can be configured
Ch5~Ch16: configurable dynamic vibration channel or DC process analog channel
Sensor compatibility: eddy current displacement probe, velocity sensor, acceleration sensor, thermocouple, DC voltage signal
Sampling mechanism: Full channel synchronous acquisition; Support order tracking and fixed frequency asynchronous sampling
FFT: Maximum 3200 line spectrum, minimum refresh cycle 500ms
Each channel: up to 10 custom frequency bands; Each frequency band has 6 sets of alarm limits, supporting hysteresis and delay
Onboard cache: timed recording, waveform snapshot triggered by alarm; MPC4 raw signals inside the rack can be read through Raw Bus/Tacho Bus

Alarm: Only status monitoring alarm, no output of unit protection trip interlock (MPS protection is implemented by MPC4 card)

VME Backplane Bus: Interacts with CPUM (200-595-072-322) to upload spectrum, trend, and event logs
Optional onboard isolation RS485: Modbus RTU
Front panel three color LED: power, operation, channel alarm/fault status
CMC16 itself does not have a network port; External Ethernet Modbus TCP is provided uniformly by CPUM+IOCN DM module
