PR6424/010-141 EPRO Eddy Current Probe | 14.1m Cable Vibration Probe

PR6424/010-141 is a high-performance eddy current proximity probe from EPRO (Emerson), designed for non-contact measurement of shaft radial vibration, relative displacement and axial thrust position for turbomachinery protection and online condition monitoring systems. This probe is widely used with CON011 or CON021 signal conditioners and compatible with EPRO MMS3000 and MMS6000 machinery monitoring racks for power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical and heavy process industries.

The PR6424/010-141 adopts M18×1.5 threaded mounting design, fitted with 14.1 meters integrated shielded PTFE cable and LEMO connector for connection to matched signal conditioner. Using eddy current measurement principle, the probe captures tiny movements of metal rotating shafts and transmits raw sensor signals to the signal conditioner for linearization and signal conversion. It provides excellent linearity and micron-level measurement precision. The rugged stainless steel probe housing is resistant to high temperature, oil mist and electromagnetic interference, supporting continuous long-term operation on steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators and centrifugal pumps in harsh industrial environments. Its 14.1m long integrated cable suits field installations that demand long-distance wiring between probe and signal converter.
