1、 Slot configuration
There are a total of 10 functional slots, and the backplane is equipped with a high-speed parallel system bus
Slot compatible with all series of MMS6000 cards:
MMS6110: Dual channel axis relative vibration
MMS6120: Absolute vibration of dual channel shell
MMS6140: Dual channel axial displacement/differential expansion
MMS6310: Local Display Panel
MMS6740: Logic Relay Output Card
MMS6830: Communication Interface Card
The first slot can be plugged into the MMS6310 display panel for on-site local reading and alarm viewing
2、 Backplane bus and communication
Built in MMS6000 dedicated backplane high-speed bus, realizing data exchange among various cards in the rack
Supporting communication card MMS6830 external: RS485, Modbus protocol, can be connected to DCS/SCADA, with a maximum baud rate of 115.2 kbps
Support the transmission of alarm and trip logic signals between various monitoring cards within the rack
3、 Power specifications
Rack backplane power supply: 24VDC, requires MMS6000 power module to supply power to the entire rack
Support redundant power configuration to improve the reliability of unit protection
The backplane provides power and signal bus for each card insertion

Installation: 19 inch standard cabinet rack installation
Slot specification: 3U Eurocard (6TE single slot card, with the same external dimensions as AMS6500 A61xx board, but the bus protocol is not interoperable and cannot be mixed with A6110/A6120)
Protection level: IP20 (only for use inside the control cabinet)
Net weight: approximately 0.9kg
Size: 19 inches standard width, 3U height, depth compatible with MMS6000 board

6、 Life cycle and selection focus (very critical)
The entire MMS6000 system (IMR6000/10+MMS6xxx card) has been discontinued by the factory and is only available in the spare parts market; New project no longer recommended, new project uses AMS6500 (A6110/A6120/A6410)
IMR6000/10 (MMS6000 shelf) ≠ AMS6500 rack, two sets of system backplane buses are completely incompatible, MMS6000 card cannot be inserted into AMS6500 rack, and A61xx card cannot be inserted into IMR6000/10
Supporting sensor link: PR64xx probe → CON011/CON021 preamplifier → MMS6110/MMS6140 card → IMR6000/10 rack
