1、 Channel and sensor inputs
2 independent differential isolated inputs, each channel has independent signal conditioning
Compatible sensors:
Electric speed sensor (PR9266/PR9267/PR9268, most commonly used)
Piezoelectric accelerometer (with built-in integration on the board, converted into vibration velocity)
Input voltage range: -5VDC~+15VDC
Sensor power supply: 0-8mA constant current source, 40 μ A step size software configuration, compatible with piezoelectric sensors
Front panel BNC: Two channels of raw signal buffer output, convenient for oscilloscope to collect waveforms

Measurement of physical quantities: vibration velocity RMS (mm/s), can also output displacement peak to peak values (software integration)

Frequency bandwidth: choose one of low cutoff 1Hz/5Hz; High cut-off 50Hz~2000Hz adjustable

Built in sensor for wire breakage and short circuit self-test diagnosis, real-time monitoring of probe and cable faults
Capable of collecting waveforms and spectra, supporting 1X/2X amplitude and phase analysis
3、 Output signal
4-20mA analog output (independent for each channel, selectable speed/displacement), also configurable for 0~10V DC
Relay alarm: Each channel has an independent Alert pre alarm+Danger trip. The relay can be configured to be normally open/closed, supporting alarm delay, hysteresis, and trip shielding
Backplane bus: AMS6500 rack internal bus, data uploaded to AMS Suite software, connected to DCS
Panel LED: power OK, channel fault, pre alarm, danger trip indicator light
