Core functionality
This is the VTM cabinet interface motherboard (adapter backplane motherboard), not the CPU main control board, but the external signal centralized adapter hub of the entire VTM system:
Receive internal backplane signals from Node1 main node board (810-802901-305), convert them into external D-Sub, Ethernet ports, and Molex terminals for external output;
Concentrate the collection of external cables for machine chambers, robotic arms, water cooling, gas cabinets, safety interlocks, and various sensors, and perform signal aggregation and routing distribution;
Provide 2 independent Ethernet interfaces for communication with the machine subsystem;
Signal distribution, port output, ESD and EMI protection, without complex logical operations, logic control is still completed by Node series cards;
All external on-site signals (including the alarm link of leakage board 810-800156-202) are ultimately collected on this motherboard and distributed to various node boards.
