Core functionality
This is a distributed I/O node controller for the machine, equivalent to the MCU motherboard of the local subsystem of the machine:
Collect analog signals (pressure, temperature, flow rate) from chambers and gas cabinets+digital DI/DO switch signals
Local logical operations, interlocking judgments, uploading status and alarms to the upper computer (VTM host)
Output control signals to drive solenoid valves and relays, responsible for local control of air circuits, water cooling, and safety circuits
Onboard firmware, storing the process I/O mapping and alarm threshold of the node, is a distributed control core board for the 2300 platform
Electrical core parameters
Power supply: DC+24V, low voltage DC power supply inside the machine
Main control: onboard dedicated MCU+program Flash+RAM, running independently locally, can maintain basic safety interlock by disconnecting the upper computer

Multi channel DI digital input: sensor, door interlock, dry contact status
Multi channel DO digital output: relay/optocoupler isolated output, driving solenoid valve, indicator light
Multi channel analog acquisition: 4-20mA/0-10V pressure and temperature transmitter signals
Backplane bus: dedicated parallel backplane interface, connected to VTM backplane, and communicates with other node boards
Isolation protection: Optocoupler isolates the digital channel; Analog input with EMI filtering and TVS surge protection; Onboard fuse
PCB: FR4 multi-layer board, conformal coating, three proof coating, Fab cleanroom anti plasma RF interference

Appearance: Standard VTM backplane plug-in PCB board, with gold fingers on the board edge and two sets of large European connectors on the top and bottom

Environment: High EMI plasma chamber surrounding environment, high requirements for RF anti-interference
