PR6423 and CON021 are usually calibrated in sets using standard materials such as 42CrMo4 when they leave the factory, and it is not recommended to mix them with other series of probes or preamplifiers.

connection method
The sensor side is usually connected through a LEMO plug; The power supply and output signal of CON021 are connected through screw terminals.

Verify nameplate information
Confirm the thread specifications, joint form, and armor of/016, as well as the actual cable length and system configuration of -030.
Complete use
PR6423/016-030 must be used in conjunction with the CON021 calibration kit, and it is strictly prohibited to replace the preamplifier or change the cable length at will.
Adjust the installation gap
The typical nominal air gap of the PR6423 series is about 1.5 mm. When installing, the static output voltage should be at the midpoint of the linear region, and the common reference value is about -10~-12 V DC.
Requirements for Long Cable Routing
-When the 030 cable is long, original or equivalent shielded cables should be used, and the shielding layer is recommended to be grounded at a single point to avoid parallel laying with power cables.
Explosion proof environment confirmation
Ordinary CON021 is not suitable for explosion-proof areas; If used in hazardous environments, explosion-proof/safety barrier type preamplifiers such as CON021/91 should be selected.
