Emerson EPRO MMS6823R MMS6000 TSI Communication Gateway Module

The MMS6823R (9100-00001-06) is the upgraded revision communication gateway module for Emerson EPRO MMS6000 Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation (TSI) machine protection rack. It is the core interface unit to collect all measurement data from MMS6000 monitoring cards over the rack backplane bus, then transmit real-time vibration, shaft displacement, speed, keyphase, waveform, spectrum and alarm status to upper-level DCS, SCADA and condition monitoring platforms via Ethernet and RS485.

MMS6823R is widely used for critical rotating machinery protection in power generation, petrochemical, refinery, metallurgy and coal industries, including steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, large pumps, fans and gearboxes. It retains hot-swap capability for 19-inch Euro card rack, allowing online replacement without powering down the whole monitoring rack, minimizing plant downtime during maintenance and retrofit.
