PR6425/010-130 paired with CON021 is a factory pre-calibrated complete high-temperature eddy current sensor assembly from EPRO (Emerson), built for non-contact measurement of shaft radial vibration, relative displacement and axial thrust position for turbomachinery protection and online condition monitoring systems. This full kit consists of PR6425/010-130 eddy current proximity probe and CON021 signal conditioner, fully compatible with EPRO MMS3000 and MMS6000 machinery monitoring racks for power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical and heavy process industries.

The PR6425/010-130 is a 16mm probe with M18×1.5 threaded mounting design, fitted with 13.0 meters integrated armored shielded cable and LEMO connector to connect with CON021 signal converter. Compared with standard PR6424 series probes, PR6425 series supports higher working temperature up to 380°C at the probe tip, making it suitable for installation locations near hot steam or gas turbine components. Working together with CON021 signal conditioner, it captures tiny metal shaft movements and converts raw eddy current signals into stable standard analog outputs for monitoring racks. This matched set maintains excellent linearity and micron-level measurement precision. The rugged stainless steel probe housing resists high temperature, oil mist and electromagnetic interference, supporting continuous long-term operation on steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators and centrifugal pumps under extreme hot industrial field conditions. The 13-meter long armored cable is ideal for field projects requiring long-distance wiring between probe and signal conditioner.
