PR6424/010-010+CON021 EPRO Eddy Current Sensor Kit | M10 Probe & Conditioner

R6424/010-010 paired with CON021 is a factory pre-calibrated complete eddy current sensor assembly from EPRO (Emerson), engineered for non-contact measurement of shaft radial vibration, relative displacement and axial thrust position in rotating machinery protection systems. This full kit includes PR6424/010-010 eddy current proximity probe and CON021 signal conditioner, widely deployed with MMS3000 and MMS6000 monitoring racks in power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical and heavy process industries.

The PR6424/010-010 features M10×1.5 threaded mounting design and integrated matched cable length of 0.10 meter. Working together with CON021 signal conditioner, it detects tiny metal shaft movements and converts raw eddy current signals into stable standard analog outputs for monitoring racks. This matched set maintains excellent linearity and high micron-level measurement precision.
