PR6423/003-030-CN EPRO Eddy Current Proximity Probe

PR6423/003-030-CN is an 8mm EPRO eddy current proximity probe within PR6423 series. It comes with a 3-meter integrated PTFE high-temperature coaxial cable with bare wire ends, and the -CN suffix represents China-region cable & connector configuration. This non-contact probe is designed for Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation (TSI) systems to measure radial shaft vibration, axial thrust displacement, shaft eccentricity and dynamic rotor position for critical rotating machinery.

Manufactured under EPRO (Emerson) industrial standards and fully compliant with API 670 turbomachinery protection requirements, PR6423/003-030-CN delivers high linearity and stable analog gap signals. Based on eddy current measuring principle, there is no physical contact between PEEK probe tip and metal rotor surface, eliminating mechanical wear and supporting continuous 24/7 long-term operation in power, oil & gas and petrochemical harsh industrial environments. This probe must pair with CON021 or CON031 signal converter (proximitor) to form a complete measurement system.
