Introduce all external communication interfaces of CPUM: dual network ports RS232/RS485
Backplane bus bridging: Connect the rack backplane to forward data from MPC4/AMC8/IOCT16T and other acquisition cards in the rack to CPUM
Provide system relay outputs (rack common alarm, system fault relay dry contacts)
Do not collect vibration signals, only responsible for communication, system status relays, and backplane interfaces
