Function
1. Standard logic control
Support IEC61131-3: ladder diagram LD, instruction table IL, function block FBD; Standard configuration includes timers, counters, interlocks, stepper sequential control, shift registers, and is compatible with single machine automation process logic.

2. High speed counting
After combining with the expansion module, the maximum 10kHz pulse acquisition is achieved, supporting incremental encoders for speed detection, length measurement, and simple fixed length cutting.

3. PID closed-loop regulation
Can be connected to an external TSX analog module to collect 4-20mA/0-10V temperature, pressure, and flow signals, with built-in standard PID instructions to complete temperature control, constant pressure, and flow regulation.

4. Mathematical operations
Support arithmetic operations, floating-point operations, cumulative flow, and formula parameter calculations to meet the data statistics needs of small and medium-sized devices.

5. Flexible IO expansion
The single base can be expanded up to a hundred point level IO, and input/output and analog acquisition modules can be added as needed in the later stage, making equipment modification and expansion convenient.
