The SERVOSTAR 640 (S64000 / S64001) is a high‑power discontinued digital servo drive within Kollmorgen SERVOSTAR 600 series (Danaher Motion). Designed for heavy‑duty industrial motion control, it delivers 40 A continuous RMS output current with 80 A short‑time peak overload capacity, supporting 3‑phase 208‑480 V AC power supply.

S64000 is the standard base model; S64001 comes with‑AS hardware option adding ROD incremental encoder output interface. On‑board CANopen and RS232 service port are standard. Additional fieldbus options including PROFIBUS‑DP, SERCOS, DeviceNet and EtherCAT are available via add‑on expansion cards.
