16 independent isolated 4-20mA analog signal acquisition
Support active/passive pressure, temperature, flow, and liquid level transmitters; Each channel is equipped with a 250 Ω precision sampling resistor, which converts 4-20mA current into 0-4.1V standard voltage and sends it to the main card A/D acquisition circuit.
Built in HART smart transmitter compatible circuit
The channel integrates HART bandpass filtering, which can read and write intelligent transmitter range, fault, and calibration parameters online.
Full channel hardware circuit diagnosis
Real time detection of circuit disconnection, short circuit, exceeding the range below 3.8mA/above 21mA, transmitter failure, and uploading fault codes to the safety controller to trigger SIS interlock alarm.
Single channel independent electrical protection
Each circuit is equipped with a 315mA delayed slow melting fuse and TVS bidirectional surge absorber, which can withstand on-site ± 36V instantaneous overvoltage impact.
2500VDC channel optoelectronic isolation
Completely cut off the ground loop between the on-site side and the rack control side, eliminate strong electromagnetic interference, and adapt to the working conditions of explosion-proof cabinets.
QMR quadruple redundant architecture adaptation
