The TDC3000 system itself does not have a native Modbus interface. This card serves as a conversion gateway to enable data exchange between DCS and frequency converters, analyzers, flow meters, and third-party PLC serial devices;
Bidirectional data exchange
DCS issues set values and start stop commands; Simultaneously collect temperature, flow rate, alarm, and operating status of third-party devices and upload them to the upper monitoring system;
Hardware communication diagnosis
Panel communication/fault indicator light, real-time alarm for disconnection, verification error, and loss of connection from the slave station;
isolation protection
Onboard signal isolation circuit to resist electromagnetic interference from chemical and power plant frequency converters and protect LCN control networks.
