1. 8-way isolated analog control signal output (core)
Output standard industrial 4-20mA current signal to drive valve positioner, frequency converter, and actuator, achieving closed-loop regulation of flow, pressure, and liquid level;
Single channel independent electrical isolation to avoid on-site load short circuit, interference and crosstalk damage to the main control card.

2. Self diagnosis of hardware faults in the output circuit
Real time monitoring of open circuit, short circuit, and load overload in the circuit. The fault location is uploaded to the C300 controller through the backplane, and the PKS upper level pop-up alarm is triggered; The panel LED indicator light intuitively displays channel faults and quickly locates on-site wiring/valve issues.

3. Output signal read back verification
Each channel is equipped with a current acquisition and feedback circuit, and the controller compares the output value in real time with the actual current on site, automatically verifying circuit drift and cable loss, and ensuring adjustment accuracy of ± 0.2% FS.

4. Cabinet hot plugging and bus redundancy communication
Adopting C300 redundant I/O backplane bus communication; Support the replacement of the base for the cabinet with live plugging and unplugging, without interrupting the other 7 adjustment circuits during the replacement process, and the continuous production of the process is not affected.
