Three loop servo control of torque speed position
Neodymium iron boron permanent magnet rotor, low cogging torque, smooth and vibration free operation at low speeds; Supports torque mode, speed mode, and position positioning mode.
Continuous locked rotor 0.48 Nm, peak torque 1.49 Nm, strong short-term overload capacity; The rotor inertia is 0.107 kg · cm ², with good dynamic response, suitable for fast start stop and reciprocating motion.
The mechanical maximum speed is 8000   rpm, the 230VAC system is rated at 5050rpm, and the rated power is 0.32kW.
Brushless electronic commutation, maintenance free, supports 24-hour continuous industrial operation.
Feedback System Core (S=Resolver Rotary Transformer)
Simulated rotary transformer feedback, without optical encoder, resistant to vibration, impact, high and low temperatures, not afraid of dust and oil stains, high reliability under harsh working conditions.
There is no electronic nameplate, and the driver must be phase searched when powered on. Absolute position is lost when powered off, and it needs to return to the original point every time it is powered on.
Separate dual cable connectors: separate power connectors and feedback connectors; Native compatibility with AKD/S300/S700 drivers; Third party drivers must manually input all motor parameters in Kollmorgen.
Thermal protection and safety functions
Built in PTC thermistor winding temperature detection, winding overheating outputs a protection signal to the driver to achieve overheating shutdown protection; Insulation level F is 155 ℃.
There is no built-in mechanical brake, and the vertical load cannot be locked by the motor. An external brake or mechanical locking mechanism must be added to the vertical axis.
Mechanical and environmental adaptation function
IEC-B5 58mm flange with keyway output shaft; Version 02 comes with a standard shaft seal ring and IP65 protection for the entire machine, which can handle dust and small splashes of water.
Any installation direction (horizontal or vertical) is acceptable; Net weight 0.82kg, high power density, compact body.
Working environment -5 ℃~+40 ℃; Altitude>1000m requires downgrading for use; CE and UL compliant certification Kollmorgen.
Electrical adaptation function
The E winding is compatible with a 230VAC servo system, with a maximum DC bus of 320VDC. It is strictly prohibited to connect to a 400V high-voltage bus, otherwise the winding will be burned.
Phase to phase resistance 4.1 Ω, inductance 4.7mH; 6-pole motor.
Applicable scenarios (official manual)
Industrial equipment with high dust and vibration, small and medium-sized robotic arms, testing fixtures, packaging machinery, machine tool feed mechanisms, and conveying positioning.
Key limitations (inherent to the model)
Rotary transformer non absolute feedback, loss of position due to power failure, forced phase finding back to zero upon power on.
No built-in brake, the vertical axis must be externally braked.
Only supports 230VAC level drivers and cannot be used for 400V high voltage servos.
