High precision position/speed/torque servo control
Permanent magnet synchronous brushless servo motor, matched with SERVOSTAR series drivers; Supports three working modes: position positioning, speed regulation, and torque limiting. With low cogging torque, it runs smoothly at low speeds and is used for driving the motion axes of AGVs, machine tools, packaging, and handling equipment.
Integrated brake system (G-option core)
Built in power-off holding electromagnetic brake; Mechanically lock the output shaft during power outage to prevent the load from falling or slipping; The power on driver outputs a signal to release the brake. Mainly used for safe parking of vertical axis, inclined axis, and AGV drive axis.
Resolving Transformer Feedback
The built-in rotary converter serves as a position and velocity feedback component, which is resistant to vibration, dust, and moisture. Compared to encoders, it is more suitable for harsh industrial conditions, and can transmit the rotor angle in real-time to the servo drive for closed-loop control.
Winding temperature monitoring and protection
The motor is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor, and the overheating signal is fed back to the driver. The overheating alarm stops the machine, protecting the motor winding from burning out.
High dynamic response
Optimize the torque inertia ratio for rapid acceleration and deceleration; Output continuous torque of about 3Nm, 0.47kW, rated at 3000rpm, suitable for frequent start stop reciprocating motion scenarios.
Industrial protective machinery structure
IP65 standard protection, flange installation, compatible with reducers and couplings; Adapt to workshop vibrations and oily environments.
