BENTLY 3500/65-01-00 Channel Temperature Monitor
The Bently Nevada™ 3500/65 Temperature Monitor provides 16 channels of precise temperature measurement for critical industrial monitoring applications. It supports both Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) and isolated-tip Thermocouples (TCs), conditioning their signals and comparing measured values against user-programmable alarm setpoints for protection and process control.
Configuration is performed through the 3500 Rack Configuration Software, allowing users to define channel types, alarm settings, and operational parameters.
Each 16-channel module can be configured for:
Isolated tip thermocouples
3-wire RTDs
4-wire RTDs
Or a combination of RTD and TC inputs
In Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) systems, temperature monitors must be installed in groups of three adjacent modules. In this mode, the system applies dual voting logic to ensure high reliability, accurate operation, and immunity to single-point failures.
