Multi rack bus forwarding
Insert the main CPU rack into 140XBE10000 and connect the secondary expansion backplane (140XBP01600/140XBP01200) through a dedicated expansion cable to achieve unified access of the CPU to all IO modules in multiple racks.
Backplane signal complete relay
Synchronize forwarding of Quantum backplane data bus, 5V logic power supply, diagnostic signals, and normal recognition and communication of ordinary IO and SIL safety modules (such as 140SAI94000S) in the expansion rack.
System expansion limit
A single CPU site can connect up to 3 expansion racks in series, significantly increasing the total number of IO slots and adapting to large DCS/SIS systems in chemical and power plants.
Hardware fault diagnosis
Equipped with a running indicator light, real-time monitoring of bus communication disconnection, expansion backplane short circuit, and power supply abnormality; Fault upload to CPU, program can read module status alarm.
