Basic Electrical Parameters

The module operates with a standard 24 VDC supply voltage. It offers a 0 Hz–10 kHz frequency response range (±3 dB), enabling accurate capture of low-frequency shaft displacement as well as high-frequency vibration signals. This makes it suitable for multi-band mechanical condition monitoring applications.

Input Configuration

Equipped with four input channels, the module supports multiple sensor types, including proximity probes and seismic (vibration) sensors. It can acquire signals from several monitoring points simultaneously, enhancing diagnostic coverage.

Physical Characteristics

The module features compact dimensions of 24.2 cm × 11.2 cm × 2.5 cm and a weight of approximately 404 g. Some versions list a channel weight of about 0.5 kg, but all remain compatible with integration into standard 3500 Series rack systems.

Environmental Adaptability

With an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C, the module is capable of functioning in harsh industrial environments such as power plants, steel mills, and other heavy-duty applications. Certain variants comply with ATEX certification, allowing installation in hazardous areas classified as Zones 0, 1, and 2.
