PR6424/010-130+CON011 EPRO Eddy Current Sensor Kit | 13m Cable Probe & CON011 Conditioner

PR6424/010-130 paired with CON011 is a factory pre-calibrated complete eddy current sensor assembly from EPRO (Emerson), built for non-contact measurement of shaft radial vibration, relative displacement and axial thrust position for turbomachinery protection and online condition monitoring. This full kit consists of PR6424/010-130 eddy current proximity probe and CON011 signal conditioner, fully compatible with EPRO MMS3000 and MMS6000 machine monitoring racks for power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical and heavy process industries.

The PR6424/010-130 comes with M18×1.5 threaded mounting and 13.0 meters integrated shielded PTFE cable fitted with LEMO connector for connection to CON011 signal converter. CON011 is a high-performance signal conditioner supporting cable length compensation, sensor wire break and short-circuit detection, and it can output standard analog signals for monitoring racks. The matched set delivers excellent linearity and micron-level measurement precision. The probe assembly is constructed with rugged stainless steel housing, resistant to high temperature, oil mist and electromagnetic interference, suitable for continuous long-term operation on steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators and centrifugal pumps in tough industrial environments.
