PR6424/010-040+CON021 EPRO Eddy Current Sensor Kit | M18 Probe & Conditioner

PR6424/010-040 paired with CON021 is a factory pre-calibrated complete eddy current sensor assembly from EPRO (Emerson), designed for non-contact measurement of shaft radial vibration, relative displacement and axial thrust position in turbomachinery protection and online condition monitoring systems. This full kit includes PR6424/010-040 eddy current proximity probe and CON021 signal conditioner, widely compatible with EPRO MMS3000 and MMS6000 monitoring racks for power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical and heavy process industries.

The PR6424/010-040 adopts M18×1.5 threaded mounting structure, with integrated matched cable length of 4.0 meters fitted with LEMO connector for quick connection to CON021. Working together with CON021 signal conditioner, it captures tiny metal shaft movements and converts raw eddy current signals into stable standardized analog outputs for monitoring racks. This matched set maintains excellent linearity and micron-level measurement precision. The probe assembly uses rugged stainless steel construction, capable of enduring high temperature, oil mist and electromagnetic interference, supporting continuous long-term operation on steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators and centrifugal pumps under harsh industrial site conditions.
