Purpose: VM600 rack, only for status monitoring CMS, not for MPS protection tripping; Collect vibration, acceleration, and dynamic pressure signals for spectrum analysis and fault diagnosis, in conjunction with VibroSight software.
Installation: 6U 19 inch rack, front board card, must be paired with rear IOC16T interface card for use
Channel: 16 dynamic acquisition channels+4 key phase/speed channels (Tacho)
ADC: 24bit synchronous sampling, full channel parallel acquisition
Sampling mode: Asynchronous fixed frequency/order tracking synchronous sampling (Order Track)
FFT: up to 6400 spectral lines, updated spectrum every 500ms at the fastest
Supporting sensors: ICP/IEPE accelerometer, velocity sensor, dynamic pressure sensor
Bandwidth: 0.1Hz~10kHz (software configurable filtering)
Each channel can output up to 20 processing units (RMS, peak, peak to peak, envelope, etc.)

Onboard RJ45 Ethernet, directly connected to VibroSight monitoring software, uploading waveform, spectrum, and trend data
Communicate with rack CPU/CPU via VM600 backplane bus
