2、 Function
Standard transmitter signal acquisition
Specially matched with two-wire/four wire 4-20mA transmitters: pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level, concentration sensors, read real-time process values and send them to PLC registers for calculation.
Fault diagnosis of wire breakage
The program can recognize 4mA lower limit disconnection faults (transmitter disconnection/power loss), automatically trigger alarms, and quickly locate instrument fault points.
Software range offset configuration
The range offset can be set through PL7 programming software to adapt to different range instruments; The collected values are stored in the PLC input registers IWx.0~IWx.3, which can be directly used for PID regulation, flow accumulation, and upper and lower limit alarms.
Hardware filtering and noise reduction
Built in signal filtering circuit, filters out current noise caused by motors and frequency converters, stabilizes measurement values, and reduces signal jitter.
