6-channel 4-20mA standard current analog acquisition
Specially designed for industrial transmitters, supporting 4-20mA signal input (compatible with 0-20mA), with an input impedance of 150 Ω, suitable for two-wire sensors such as pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level, etc., with a maximum shielded cable transmission distance of 1000 meters.

16 bit high-precision analog-to-digital conversion
Featuring ultra-high resolution with signed bits and high precision in collecting numerical data, it can identify small signal changes and meet the requirements of precision process control.
24VDC industrial power input

Standard industrial DC power supply, built-in reverse polarity protection, connecting the positive and negative poles in reverse will not burn out the module; Equipped with a 150mA sensor auxiliary power supply, it can directly power the transmitter without the need for an additional power source.

2、 Signal anti-interference and filtering function
Multi level hardware input filtering options: 100 μ s/3ms/12ms, filtering on-site electromagnetic interference and signal jitter as needed, suitable for high-speed acquisition/stable slow acquisition scenarios.
1500Vrms electrical isolation between groups, strong and weak electrical circuit isolation, to prevent on-site interference from entering the PLC backplane bus and improve system stability.

3、 PLC system interaction function
Backplane bus high-speed data exchange
Directly inserted into the TSX07 Nano PLC rack, the analog signals are uploaded to the CPU in real time through the backplane bus, participating in program calculation, closed-loop adjustment, and alarm judgment.
Bidirectional logic compatibility

Supports two types of wiring logic: source type and drain type, adapting to the wiring habits of different brands of sensors, and on-site modification does not require changing the sensor circuit.
