Kollmorgen SRB-MS-ILK5 Safety Interlock Module
The SRB‑MS‑ILK5 is a discontinued safety interlock module manufactured by Kollmorgen (Danaher Motion). This DIN‑rail mounted safety relay provides safety‑gate monitoring, emergency‑stop interlock and Safe‑Torque‑Off (STO) signal generation for legacy servo drive systems including S200, SERVOSTAR 400 and SERVOSTAR 600 series servo amplifiers.
Certified for SIL 2 and PL d safety performance level, it features dual‑channel safety inputs, one safety output contact, manual reset function and LED status indicators for fast fault diagnosis. Operating on 24 VDC supply, it is widely deployed as spare safety component for old packaging machines, printing equipment and material‑handling automation lines.
Original production has been terminated. Available stock consists of tested used and refurbished surplus units. System re‑configuration is required for migration to modern safety relay solutions.
