PR6423/015-010 Sensor Probe
Used to detect changes in the gap between the shaft surface and the probe end face, and output an electrical signal proportional to the displacement.
CON021 preamplifier
Provide high-frequency excitation signals for the probe and convert the probe signal into linear voltage output for easy integration into the monitoring system.
connection method
The sensor side is usually connected through LEMO plugs, and the power and output signals are wired through screw terminals.

Installation and commissioning suggestions
Confirm the material of the tested surface
The tested axis should be made of conductive metal materials, such as carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. Factory calibration is usually based on standard materials such as 42CrMo4.
Check the probe and cable
Confirm that the thread form, cable length, and joint type of PR6423/015-010 are consistent with the on-site installation conditions.
Adjust the installation gap
The typical installation clearance of PR6423 series is about 1.0~1.5 mm, which should be based on the product manual.
Set gap voltage
After power on, adjust the probe gap so that the static output voltage is at the midpoint of the linear zone. The common reference value is about -10~-12 V DC.
Standardize wiring
Shielded wires should be used for power and output signals, and it is recommended to ground the shielding layer at a single point to avoid parallel laying with power cables.
Avoid mixing preamplifiers
PR6423 should be used in conjunction with CON021 and other pre processors, and it is not recommended to mix it with other series at will to avoid affecting sensitivity and linearity.
