TMR Triple Redundancy Operation
Three independent CPUs execute the same logic in parallel, with 2-out-of-3 hardware voting.
Single/dual point failure without interruption, no single point failure, ESD/emergency stop with zero misoperation.

Security logic execution
Run TriStation program: ESD, BMS, process safety interlock.
Deterministic cycle * *<10ms * *, real-time closed-loop control.
I/O and System Management
Coordinate all I/O (DI/DO/AI/AO), communication modules, and power supplies.
Online diagnosis: CPU, memory, bus, I/O channel fault self detection/self alarm.

Redundancy and hot standby
Supports triple redundant CPU configuration (3 MP3101S2).
The module can be hot plugged online and replaced without stopping the machine.
