Function
protocol conversion
Implement hardware level protocol conversion between VMEbus and IEEE-488 (GPIB/HPIB).
Supports GPIB listener/Talker/Controller mode, which can be used as a master or controlled device.
Autonomous GPIB management
Equipped with a dedicated controller, it independently handles GPIB handshake and timing, reducing the burden on the VME main CPU.
Supports both DMA and programming I/O data transfer modes.
System monitoring and diagnosis
Front panel Fault LED: Indicates module/communication failure.
Onboard status register: The software can monitor the GPIB line status in real-time.
Jumper configuration: VME address space and interrupt priority can be customized.
