Processor: 32-bit MC68020 CPU, optional MC68881 FPU floating-point coprocessor (essential for precision operations)
Memory: 1MB/4MB onboard DRAM, ROM slot (2 x ROM sockets, fixed system firmware), with backup battery clock RTC
Onboard interface (front panel): 2 RS232 serial ports, 1 parallel port, 10M AUI Ethernet; No VGA display, relying on serial port debugging
Bus: VME bus+VSB high-speed local sub bus, dedicated bus for multi CPU parallel networking, multi master controller architecture
Function
1. VME chassis main control operation (core)
The main controller of the entire system is responsible for collecting VME slot AI/DI/DO, communication board data, logical operation+closed-loop control, and supporting VME digital I/O, analog, and communication sub cards to form a complete DCS/industrial control system.
2. Multi processor parallel networking (VSB bus)
Equipped with VSB local high-speed bus, multiple MVME135 are connected in parallel to form a distributed multi CPU redundant control system, commonly used for redundant control of large units and main control systems of gas turbines/steam turbines.
3. Floating point precision operation
Optional MC68881 coprocessor, suitable for excitation control, speed regulation, unit PID precision calculation, commonly used main control board for MARK systems in thermal power/gas turbines.
4. Multi protocol communication interaction
Serial port: RS232 for upper level debugging and on-site touch screen;
AUI network port: 10M Ethernet TCP/IP, connected to DCS upper monitoring;
VME bus: data exchange with all chassis VME daughter cards
