Medium-power safety drive
Drives 24 V DC solenoid valves, contactors, and high-power alarm indicators.
Each channel supports up to 2 A (48 W), suitable for medium-power loads and execution of SIS safety interlock commands.

Fail-safe shutdown
In the event of power loss or internal fault, outputs are de-energized and automatically transition to a defined safe state, fully compliant with IEC 61508 SIL 3 fail-safe requirements.

Independent channel isolation
Each channel is electrically isolated to prevent fault propagation, while suppressing common-mode interference and ground loop effects.

Short-circuit and overcurrent protection
Integrated short-circuit protection with a short-circuit current range of 2.6–5 A.
Maximum output leakage current ≤ 550 μA, ensuring safe operation under fault conditions.

Line monitoring
Continuous monitoring of field wiring continuity using a supervision current of 0.5–9.5 mA, with an undervoltage trip threshold of ≤ 16 V.

Online self-test and diagnostics
Built-in test pulses (up to 250 μs) and real-time output status monitoring, with detailed fault diagnostics reported to the SIS controller.

Hot-swappable and redundant operation
Supports live replacement under redundant system architectures, enabling maintenance without system shutdown and improving overall SIS availability.
