Honeywell CP-EXPIO Digital Output Module

1. 32 channel 24VDC digital switch acquisition wiring (core)
Compatible with dry contacts, NPC/PNP 24V sensor input, collecting discrete states of all equipment in the factory:
Circuit breaker opening and closing, fan/water pump operation, local remote switching, external protection interlock, emergency stop contact for shutdown;
Each channel has independent photoelectric isolation (1500VAC strong and weak electrical isolation) to isolate electromagnetic interference from frequency converters and high-voltage cabinets, avoiding signal false tripping.

2. Channel hardware fault self diagnosis
Real time monitoring of line disconnection, short circuit, and overvoltage. Single channel faults only lock that point and do not affect the collection of the remaining 31 channels;
The fault signal is uploaded to the C300 controller through the backplane, and an upper level pop-up alarm is triggered by the Expert. The LED indicator light on the base panel quickly locates the fault circuit.

3. Input signal hardware anti shake filtering
The onboard RC filtering circuit filters out mechanical shaking of on-site contacts and cable clutter, with a signal scanning delay of ≤ 5ms, ensuring stable and reliable logic judgment.

4. Hot swappable maintenance of cabinets
Adapt to C300 redundant I/O backplane bus, support cabinet live plugging and replacement of base, the replacement process does not interrupt the logic acquisition of other points, and the device does not need to be shut down.

5. Integrated terminal wiring design
Integrated high current screw terminal block, directly connected to on-site control cables, with built-in input reverse connection and overcurrent hardware protection, and a unified 24VDC power supply for the backplane.
