Kollmorgen AKM53L-ANC2R-00
The AKM53L-ANC2R-00 is a Kollmorgen AKM5-series brushless permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor. It is the AKM53L winding with a resolver, 24 VDC holding brake, standard 110 mm pilot/130 mm bolt circle mounting, and a keyless 24 mm shaft.

The published motor data are based on mounting to a reference 305 × 305 × 12.7 mm aluminum flange, so the actual allowable continuous torque can be lower if the motor is mounted to a smaller or thermally restricted structure.

Drive compatibility
For a conventional Kollmorgen AKD system, the selection guide lists the AKM53L with the following example drive pairings:

240 VAC, three-phase: AKD-X01206; 11.6 Nm continuous stall torque and 26.5 Nm peak stall torque.

400 VAC, three-phase: AKD-X01207; approximately 5,000 rpm rated speed and 6,000 rpm maximum system speed.

480 VAC, three-phase: AKD-X01207; approximately 6,000 rpm rated speed and 6,000 rpm maximum system speed.

The guide’s AKM53L system data also specify 9.12 kg·cm² rotor inertia and show that the achievable torque/speed envelope depends on the selected winding, drive, supply voltage, cooling, and duty cycle.

Do not select a replacement solely by matching “AKM53L.” The replacement must also match:

Resolver versus encoder/SFD feedback.

Brake versus no brake.

24 mm keyless shaft and mounting geometry.

Motor winding and rated voltage.

Connector arrangement and cable pinout.

Drive motor database/firmware support.

Required continuous and peak current.

The related AKM53L-ANCNR-00 is not an equivalent drop-in replacement because the “NR” version is specified without a brake.
