1. Core functions of motion control
Torque/speed/position closed-loop servo control
Support three modes of servo drive implementation: torque mode, speed mode, and position positioning mode; Relying on rare earth neodymium iron boron permanent magnet rotors, with a low rotor inertia of 0.017 kg · cm ², fast dynamic response, and sensitive acceleration and deceleration.
Continuous stalling of 0.18 Nm; peak torque of 1.46 Nm, strong short-term overload capacity, suitable for fast start stop conditions in Kollmorgen.
The maximum mechanical speed is 8000 rpm; Rated 6000rpm under 75VDC bus, suitable for high-speed small mechanism Kollmorgen.
Extremely low cogging torque
AKM electromagnetic design, small cogging torque, smooth rotation at low speeds, no shaking, suitable for precision feeding and fine-tuning mechanisms.
Electronic commutation, brushless
Completely relying on servo drive electronic commutation, with no wear and maintenance, suitable for continuous 24-hour industrial operation of Kollmorgen.
2. Feedback system function
2048PPR incremental Comcoder encoder, providing A/B/Z orthogonal signals for speed sampling, position counting, and motor commutation; Single cycle increment, loss of position due to power failure, must return to zero to find the origin when powered on.
The motor is equipped with an electronic nameplate and supports plug and play recognition when paired with an AKD driver. The driver automatically reads the motor parameters, reducing manual parameter input; Third party drivers require manual input of all motor parameters.
Separate connector: power connector+feedback connector (N connector option), non single cable solution.
3. Thermal protection and safety functions
Built in PTC thermistor winding temperature protection, winding overheating output protection signal to the driver, overheating shutdown protection motor, insulation level F 155 ℃.
No mechanical brake (customized version -03, without holding brake), vertical load cannot be locked by motor, external brake or mechanical locking mechanism is required.
4. Mechanical and environmental adaptation function
IEC40mm B5 flange installation; Optical axis without keyway; Body protection IP65; The version without sealing ring at the shaft end has an IP54 shaft protection.
Wide working environment: -5~+40 ℃, altitude ≤ 1000m; high altitude requires derating for use; Allow installation in any direction (horizontal, vertical).
Compact small volume, 0.35kg, suitable for narrow installation space, high power density design Kollmorgen.
5. Electrical adaptation
E winding is compatible with 75VDC DC bus system; Phase resistance 3.1 Ω, inductance 2.0mH; maximum bus 320VDC, suitable for low-voltage servo system.
Compatible with Kollmorgen AKD, S300, S700 series servo drives, as well as third-party servo amplifiers that support incremental encoders.
6. Typical Applicable Scenarios
Small robotic arms, precision platforms, optical equipment, small packaging equipment, testing equipment, medical automation, small conveyor positioning mechanisms; Not suitable for situations where power outages require maintaining vertical loads (without holding brakes).
Key limitations (included in the model, must be noted)
Incremental encoder, loss of power-off position, needs to return to the origin every time it is powered on, not an absolute value encoder.
There is no built-in brake, and an external brake must be applied to the vertical axis.
03 variant without shaft seal ring, it is recommended to add shaft seal accessories for dust/water spray conditions.
