Core functionality
Signal conversion (4-20mA → 0-5V)
Each channel is equipped with a precision 250 Ω resistor, which converts 4-20mA to 1-5V (compatible with Tricon AI card).
Compatible with 0-5V/0-10V/-5~+5V AI card input range.
On site power supply+current limiting protection
The 16 channel 24VDC output terminal supplies power to the two-wire sensor.
Each string is equipped with a 180 Ω current limiting resistor to prevent short circuits and card burning.
Redundant power supply (high reliability)
Supports dual 24VDC redundant inputs, with automatic switching of diodes or gates.
Isolation and Diagnosis
Channel to channel/ground 1500VAC isolation.
Cooperate with AI card to perform wire breakage/short circuit/over range diagnosis.
