Remote I/O rack communication master station
Through 10BASE-T Ethernet, achieve high-speed data exchange between HC900 main controller and remote expansion I/O rack; The main CPU polls remote AI/AO/DI/DO modules through this module.
I/O bus data scanning and forwarding
Periodically collect data from all input channels of the remote rack and issue controller output commands; Complete data caching and timing scheduling.
Communication link diagnosis and fault reporting
Real time monitoring of Ethernet links and remote rack bus status; Upload fault alarms to the main control when there is a wire break or power loss in the rack, and support channel fault identification.
Backplane power management
Provide 5VDC power supply (maximum 600mA) to the local rack backplane and monitor any abnormal power supply to the backplane.
System expansion and expansion unit
A single HC900 controller relies on multiple scanners to expand multi-point distributed I/O, commonly used in chemical, thermal, water treatment, and power plant auxiliary control systems.
