As a signal hub between various types of cards inside the IPC-620 chassis and the system backplane, it distributes address buses, data buses, and control timing signals.
Signal level matching, impedance buffering, noise filtering
Isolate signal interference between functional boards, match different board driver levels, and improve the stability of old-fashioned parallel bus operation.
Rack address decoding and slot management
Hardware decoding enables addressing of various slot sites, allocation of backplane resources, and implementation of multi block card insertion and time-sharing bus access.
System power distribution monitoring
Monitor the 5V/12V power supply voltage of the backplane, and report hardware alarm signals to the main control if the power supply is abnormal.
Fault diagnosis hardware circuit
Built in bus fault detection circuit, triggering status indication in case of bus conflict or disconnection, facilitating on-site troubleshooting of rack communication faults.
