BENTLY 3500/92-04-01-01 Communication Gateway Module

The primary function of this module is to enable data interoperability between the 3500 rack and external industrial control systems. It consolidates all monitoring data and equipment status information from the rack, and communicates this information to process control and automation systems through various supported communication interfaces.

In addition, the module supports Ethernet communication with 3500 Rack Configuration Software and Data Acquisition Software, allowing operators to remotely access monitoring data and perform system configuration tasks efficiently. For example, in power plant applications, the module can transmit real-time turbine vibration and displacement data to the plant’s central control system for integrated monitoring and analysis.

Designed for use in industries such as power generation and petrochemicals, the module is primarily applied in the monitoring of rotating machinery—including turbines, generators, compressors, and centrifugal pumps. Its modular design occupies a single installation slot, simplifying installation and maintenance. Built for high reliability, it performs stably in harsh industrial environments and supports fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance by transmitting early warnings of abnormal equipment conditions, thus minimizing unplanned downtime.

Compared with other modules in the same series, such as the 3500/20 and 3500/50, this module emphasizes communication functionality, making it especially suitable for multi-system integration scenarios.
