Signal Processing
The module is a four-channel monitor capable of accepting input signals from Bently Nevada proximity probes. It conditions these signals to provide a variety of vibration and position measurements, including:
Radial vibration
Eccentricity (REBAM)
Thrust position
Differential expansion
Alarm Settings
Each channel can be configured through the 3500 rack configuration software. The conditioned signals are compared with user-programmable alarm setpoints, providing operators and maintenance personnel with critical machine condition information. This enables early fault detection and effective mechanical protection.
I/O Module Type
Type 01 indicates a Proximitor I/O module equipped with internal terminals for direct signal and power connections.
Hazardous Area Certification Option
Option 00 designates the standard industrial version of the module, which does not include hazardous area certification, and is intended for use in non-classified environments.
