The Bently Nevada™ 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module is a half-height, dual-channel module designed to provide precise Keyphasor reference signals to monitor modules within a 3500 rack. It accepts input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and converts them into digital Keyphasor signals, accurately indicating the moment when the shaft Keyphasor mark aligns with the Keyphasor transducer.

The 3500 Machinery Protection System supports up to four Keyphasor signals in a standard configuration and up to eight Keyphasor signals when configured in paired mode.

The Enhanced Keyphasor Module represents an evolution of the original 3500 Keyphasor design. It delivers expanded signal processing capabilities while maintaining full backward compatibility in form, fit, and function with legacy Keyphasor modules. The earlier Keyphasor module (PWA 125792-01) is fully superseded by the updated module, PWA 149369-01.

For Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) applications requiring a system-level Keyphasor input, the 3500 system uses two Enhanced Keyphasor Modules operating in parallel. In this configuration, the modules provide both primary and secondary Keyphasor signals to other modules within the rack, ensuring redundancy and high system reliability.
