Function and Features
Signal adaptation: Signal conditioning, amplification, and isolation are performed for the position feedback of the 17 V LVDT valve, and standard digital quantities are output to the Ovation controller.
Closed loop control: In collaboration with the 1C31194 electronic module, it achieves the conversion of 4-20 mA control signal to pneumatic output (3-15 psi), combined with LVDT feedback to complete PID closed-loop regulation.
Hot swappable design: supports live replacement, maintains uninterrupted system operation, and adapts to the continuity requirements of critical processes such as power plants and petrochemicals.
Diagnosis and indication: Quickly locate problems through module LEDs (P/power, C/communication, I/internal faults, E/external faults), and support remote configuration and diagnosis using HART protocol.
